I stumbled across this post and really enjoyed it. It’s that time of the year when the mushrooms should finally be starting, but with the heatwave we had this summer it appears they’re taking their time. This time last year I was out and about in the woods, taking lots of pictures and studying as much as I could, but this year I’ve yet to see anything where I am. Not even any coal fungus. It’s always nice to see what others find where they are.
